We understand that circumstances can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines when and how you can cancel an order, and what to expect in terms of refunds.


1. Eligibility for Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order if:

  • The order has not yet been shipped
  • The item is not a custom-made or special-order product

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email info@alivilo.com with your order number and cancellation request
  2. Our support team will verify your order’s shipping status
  3. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and process your refund

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 4–8 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched

4. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return under any circumstances.


5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received an:

  • Incorrect item, or
  • Your package is missing an item

Please contact info@alivilo.com within 7 business days of of receiving your order.

We will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Ship the missing/correct item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund based on your preference and product availability
