1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 28 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at info@alivilo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed within 4–8 business days.
- The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason for rejection.
3. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Email us at info@alivilo.com with your order number and reason for exchange to request a Return Authorization number.
- After your item is returned and approved, we will ship the replacement item.
- We cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item sent to you.
4. Return Instructions & Shipping
To return a product:
- Email info@alivilo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
- Ship the item using a trackable service.
Important Notes:
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
