Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days from the time of confirmation.
  • During high-volume periods (e.g., seasonal sales), processing may take slightly longer.
  • If any delays occur, we will notify you via email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: Estimated 4–7 business days after the order has been processed.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
    • Delivery location
    • Carrier volume and logistics conditions
    • Weather events or unforeseen disruptions

Note: Estimated delivery time does not include order processing time.


4. Shipping Fees

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the U.S.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
  • Alivilo is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • If a shipment fails due to a wrong address and you request a redelivery, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 28 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
